You will be asked to close your eyes while sitting comfortably to better allow yourself to relax while you are gently guided through relaxation techniques. In the process you learn the relaxation techniques that you can later use by yourself. The more practice your body gets relaxing the easier it will be to relax when you choose to.
Group relaxation sessions offer the same opportunity to relax and learn techniques at a reduced rate. The only difference between individual and group sessions is in the group sessions there will simply be others sitting quietly in the same room.
